Getting started: set up your account in 5 minutes

A quick walkthrough to get your Job Assistant account ready — business info, logo, payments, and your first estimate.

Welcome to Job Assistant. You can be sending your first professional estimate in about five minutes. Here's the fastest path to being fully set up.

  1. 1Add your business info and logo (Settings → Business Info) so your estimates and invoices look professional.
  2. 2Connect Stripe (Settings → Accept Payments) so customers can pay you online by card.
  3. 3Add your first customer (Customers → Add), or import your existing list from Jobber or Housecall Pro (Import).
  4. 4Build and send an estimate (Estimates → New).
  5. 5When it's accepted, turn it into an invoice in one tap and get paid.

Tip

You don't have to do everything at once. The most important first step is adding your business info so anything you send looks like it came from a real company.
