Add your business info and logo

Set your business name, contact info, and logo so every estimate, invoice, and email looks professional and branded to you.

Your business info appears on every estimate, invoice, contract, and email you send — so it's worth setting up first.

  1. 1Go to Settings → Business Info.
  2. 2Enter your business name, phone, email, and address.
  3. 3Upload your logo — it shows in your emails and on your documents. If you don't have one, the Job Assistant logo is used.
  4. 4Add your Google review link here too, so review-request emails point customers straight to your Google listing.
  5. 5Save. That's it — everything you send now carries your branding.

Why it matters

A branded estimate with your logo gets taken far more seriously than a plain one — it's one of the easiest ways to look established and win more jobs.
