Manage your billing and subscription

How to update your card, change plans, view invoices, or cancel your Job Assistant subscription.

You're always in control of your subscription, and you can change it any time.

  1. 1Go to Billing to see your plan, trial status, and next charge.
  2. 2Update your card, view past invoices, or manage your subscription from there.
  3. 3Upgrade to the General Contractor plan (or switch back to Solo) any time — changes take effect right away.
  4. 4To cancel, use the cancel option in Billing. Your access continues through the end of your paid period, and your data is kept for 30 days.

No card during the trial

Your 14-day free trial needs no card. Adding one never restarts or shortens your trial — you're only charged when the trial ends.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It's kept for 30 days. Reactivate within 30 days and everything is right where you left it.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time from the Billing page. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately.
