Import your customers from Jobber or Housecall Pro

Bring your existing customer list into Job Assistant so you don't start from scratch.

Switching from another app? Bring your customers with you instead of re-typing them.

  1. 1In your old app (Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a spreadsheet), export your customers as a CSV file.
  2. 2In Job Assistant, go to Import.
  3. 3Upload the CSV and match the columns (name, email, phone, address) if prompted.
  4. 4Confirm the import — your customers appear in your Customers list, ready to quote.

Tip

Most apps have an "Export to CSV" option under settings or the customers page. If you get stuck exporting, contact support and we'll help.
