Let customers book you online

Turn on customer self-scheduling so customers can book a time on accepted estimates, within the hours you set.

Instead of texting back and forth to find a time, let customers book themselves — only within the hours you allow.

  1. 1Go to Settings → Customer Scheduling and turn it on.
  2. 2Set your work days and work hours so customers can only book when you're available.
  3. 3Use Vacation mode to block out dates you're off.
  4. 4Now, when a customer accepts an estimate, they can request a time. You approve or deny it, and everyone gets a confirmation.

You're always in control

Customers can only request times inside your work hours, and no booking is final until you approve it.
