By creating an account, completing onboarding, or using Job Assistant (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your agreement was recorded at the time you completed account setup.
Job Assistant is a field-service management tool for independent contractors and small businesses operated by Integrity Handyman LLC. It provides customer management, estimating, invoicing, digital contract management, payment collection, bookkeeping, and related features. The Service is provided as software-as-a-service (“SaaS”).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share login credentials with others or use the Service on behalf of another person without their consent.
Job Assistant is offered at $20 per month. A 14-day free trial is provided to new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Your subscription payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card number. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Job Assistant is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.
If you use the online payment feature to collect payments from your customers, you must create and maintain a Stripe Connect account. By doing so, you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices you send and for resolving any payment disputes with your customers. Job Assistant facilitates payment collection but is not a party to transactions between you and your customers. Card data is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Job Assistant. We do not sell your data. We use it solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for your customers' personal information that you store in the app. You represent that you have a lawful basis to collect and process that information, that you will handle it in compliance with applicable privacy laws, and that you will respond to your customers' requests to access or delete their data. Job Assistant is a data processor for your customers' data — you are the controller.
If you cancel your account, your data (including your customers' data) is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Job Assistant provides an electronic signature feature that allows your customers to sign contracts by typing their name and submitting a form. You acknowledge that:
You agree not to use Job Assistant to violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, send unsolicited commercial communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure, or interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. Tax estimates provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for your actual obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Integrity Handyman LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrity Handyman LLC and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
